From my personal experience, the importance of professional mentoring is relevant to making the right decision about the profession or trade we want to pursue.
When we’re young, we often lack information about the different careers available, or we simply struggle to narrow down our profile. This is so true that there are cases of students who enter the wrong career paths and, as they earn their credits, realize it’s not what they wanted to study.
That’s why the Simply Youth Institute aims to guide young people so that, through its various mentors, they can find someone in that sector who can help them choose a career with much greater confidence. This person will share their experiences and/or career challenges, and our young people will have a much broader perspective that will help them identify their areas for improvement and growth.
Likewise, over time, these young people can become our future mentors for future generations. That’s what it’s all about: always helping each other advance and succeed. And create healthy relationships every day that connect us with many more experiences that contribute to our community.
Simply Youth Institute works hard to make services accessible and free, and we continue to evolve to change lives in our community

Desde mi experiencia personal la importancia de la mentoría profesional es relevante para la toma de decisión correcta de la profesión u oficio a la que deseamos dedicarnos.
Ya que cuando se es joven desconocemos información de las distintas carreras que hay, o simplemente nos cuesta trabajo enfocar nuestro perfil, tan es así que existen casos de estudiantes que ingresan a carreras equivocadas y conforme avanzan sus créditos se dan cuenta que no es lo que querían estudiar.
Es por ello que Simply Youth Institute tiene el propósito de guiar a los jóvenes para que a través de sus diversos mentores encuentren a uno en dicho sector que le apoye a elegir la carrera con mucho más seguridad, ya que esa persona sabía le compartirá de sus experiencias y/o desafíos laborales y nuestros jóvenes tendrán un panorama mucho más amplio que le ayuden a identificar sus áreas de mejora y crecimiento.
Así también, con el paso del tiempo estos jóvenes se pueden convertir en un futuro en nuestros mentores para próximas generaciones, pues de eso se trata, siempre ayudarnos unos a otros para avanzar y triunfar. Y crear día a día relaciones sanas que nos conecten con muchas más experiencias que aporten a nuestra comunidad.
Simply Youth Institute trabaja arduamente para que los servicios sean accesibles y gratuitos, seguimos en constante evolución para seguir cambiando vidas de nuestra comunidad.
